I'm Jackie, and I get you. I've walked in those shoes of yours, feeling the debilitating burnout and stress while wondering... "Will I ever get better?"


Years ago I realized that no doctor could help me and that I needed to take matters into my own hands.


What I wanted was to have vibrant, consistent energy so that I could get back to all of the activities that lit

me up, while prioritizing my health.



But I had no idea how. And then one day it all clicked, and everything that I had been learning about during the years of struggle came together.

I ended up revamping my entire health routine from the ground up. Recognizing the areas in my life that drained me, and putting myself FIRST, so that I could truly be there for myself and others.


I realized that nothing was more important than having a rock-solid foundation and mindset, and when I adopted this lifestyle, THAT'S when my life began to shift. I went from surviving to THRIVING.

I was so blown away by my results in all areas of my life that I decided to become a health coach and guide women through the same transformation.

Today, I run a transformational Functional Health Coaching practice that helps women in their 30's banish burnout and get back to their energetic,

go-getter selves!

In addition to building healthy habits that last, my program incorporates a Human Design reading where we discover the way that you are meant to interact with the world. This will allow you to align with your natural energy and flow more easily during situations in your life that are currently stealing your energy.

HOW IT WORKS

When you enroll in BYE BYE BURNOUT, you’ll start off with an evaluation of your values and purpose in life. From there, you'll move through the following steps...

STEP 1: YOU're #1!

In week 1 & 2, you'll learn how to prioritize yourself. You'll be amazed at how satisfying it is to work WITH your unique Energy Type, and why prioritizing YOU by learning how to identify your true values, wants & needs will help EVERYONE. In this module you will also work on time and energy management.

HOW IT WORKS

STEP 2: Mindset

In week 3 & 4, you'll adopt an attitude of gratitude and become more mindful by using some of the most simple yet effective strategies. You’ll also learn how to limit internal stressors in your life, readjust expectations and incorporate game-changer habits.

STEP 3: Detox

In week 5 & 6, you’ll detoxify your life by learning how to limit external and ingestible stressors, as well as taking back control over our damn phones!

HOW IT WORKS

STEP 4: Nutrition

In week 7 & 8, you’ll become a nutrition ninja and learn how to replace your fridge items with healthier options. You’ll also learn how to cook healthy recipes and meal prep to save on precious time.

STEP 5: Movement & Recovery

In week 9 & 10, you’ll learn to move and rest your body by getting into an exercise routine, find equanimity on a daily basis, and greatly improve your sleep habits.

STEP 6: Reconnect

In week 11 & 12, we’ll wrap up the program by focusing on the importance of developing & cultivating connections through the reconnection of people and passions in our life.
